Propshaft time!
Ok so time to start looking at the buisness end of the system and get the prop sorted!. it may come as no suprise this is a pain the rear.. three reasons one i`m mixing a bike to a car axle and most propshaft builders say things like ooo urm no cant be done or that`ll cost ya .. then add the fact i want a shaft with a bit of give in it and the price goes up through the roof and into the land of fantasy .. i didmention the words budget? o good cos this is crazy. Anywhoo i had a chat with streb nice blokey and hes say "i dont do me own i use congleton props good price reasonable fellas and a good engineering ".. well i looked i spoke on the telephone and sure enough a rough guess price was made now i lives a fair bit from congleton so nice weather included in the day out i spoke to me mate JP who wound up his vw and boom off we go .. point one on riding his trike is the rear seat is higher than the front so me beign a slight 6ft 2 sat a good foot over his shoulders thank gods it wasnt raining! after scaring the be geebs out of the locals we arrived and where greeted by william who was a marvel fo knowledge with words like intersection sprung placement and differentially converted propshafts all over my head that was so i marked with a nail on a bit of wood what i wanted give the dude my bits escort back bit and xs front bit and said i want it this big he being a good man rubbed his chin and sucked air through hsi thttp://www.firowpropshafts.co.uk/eeth and . yeah but you can do this .. and showed me other small props shes done. upshot is after a lot fo thinking looking scratching head and feigning sickness for cash russel ~( the man on the know on the phone!)~ said yes £85 to £90 and it`ll be ready in a few days
